About Me

My life changed when I discovered that gluten was causing huge health problems for me. Although there are an estimated 3 million people living with Celiac in the US and potentially millions more with the less understood Gluten Intolerance, resources for information are limited. A gluten-free (GF) diet is difficult with America's cultural wheat dependence and it's not easy to learn what to cook, where to get GF ingredients and products, and where to dine out. I created this blog to document and share information, news, resources, recipes, restaurant reviews and whatever else I discover as i continue my gluten-free life to improve my health and well-being. I hope you find it useful and that it helps make your GF life a little easier and most importantly contributes to your health and well-being.
